Every year our staff and customers at Pilgrim's Inn look forward to Labor Day Weekend when the Blue Hill Fair is up and running.  Located about 25 minutes from Pilgrim's Inn,  the fair will be here from September 1st through the 5th.  This country fair was made famous in E.B. White's "Charlotte's Web" and draws thousands of people from all over New England.  Events such as the popular Ladies Skillet Toss, Hot Dog Pig Racing, Blueberry Muffin cooking contest, Antique Tractor Pull, along with rides, fireworks and music make this fair particularly charming.  This year the country music act the Bellamy Brothers will be performing, and a new event "Blue Hill Fair Idol" patterned after American Idol, will make its debut.  If you are a fan of country fairs, this one should not be missed!
